The Del Paso Heights School District is a very diverse district. It is part of the North Area of the City of Sacramento just West of the intersection of US I-5 and US 80. It is just to the south of US 80 where it cuts through the North Eastern corner of the City of Sacramento between Northgate Blvd. and Marysville Blvd. The school district is part of two of Sacramento's Northeastern neighborhoods, Natomas on the West and Del Paso Heights on the East.

Del Paso Heights School District has four kindergarten through six (K-6) elementary schools and one school that is preschool - kindergarten (PS-K). There are approximately 250 preschool studentsand 1600 K-6 students. In addition to this, Del Paso Heights has a twilight preschool program that has just expanded to all four sites.

The Del Paso Heights School District student population has been in flux over the last ten years. In this time the population has changed from a predominately African American population by an influx of Asian, predominantly Hmong and Lao and more recently an influx of Latino students.

We take pride in serving such a diverse community and feel privileged to work with parents and the community in educating our children.
